Are you saying this purposeful coordinated effort by conservatives did not occur, or are you just ducking the question? The Powell memo is real, I've posted excerpts here. Anyone who actually wants to can trace the rise of the foundations, think tanks, media schools, newsletters, and web sites starting almost immediately after the Powell memo was disseminated. That's real. Do you have any real evidence of anything even remotely like that, or of that scale, from the left? Hell, forget the left, what about the middle? This is how this country went from rasonably sane to nuttier than a fruit cake. The crazy Texans as Eisenhower described them now run this country and come very close to completely controlling the public debate. Ooooh, those wierd leftists, eh?
