I don't know of any segment of society that finds dwarfism inherently offensive. Dwarfism is not an idea, not a moral standard, in the minds of the general population. The decision to dramatically alter one's sexual appearance is a statement with moral implications in the minds of a majority. Telling them that their moral standards are of no importance is not a good way to represent them.
