Correct pronunciation?

I want to name my baby Caoimhe which I understnd is pronounced Keeva, however I want to adapt it so that it's pronounced as Keavy. Can I get away with spelling it Caoimhe or can anyone please suggest an alternative spelling so that it reads as Kee-vee??? Thanks in advance
