Correct pronunciation of Ciorsdan

I was wondering if someone could help me with the correct pronunciation of my name - Ciorsdan. My mother always said it as "Kee-orsh-dan" (Please forgive my terrible attempt at phonetics) with the nickname Kirsty. I would appreciate any answers. I'm worried that I can't even pronounce my own name correctly! ~ Ciorsdan
