My family on my grandmother's side (Francis family) had or has a farm near Dingle. My father told me that it was named (he spoke a little Gaelic as it was my grandmother's only language)
Strathbogie He said it with Strath like bath and bogie like the nickname for the actor Bogart- long o. Could anyone tell me how it would be written in Gaelic or what it means?
