M/R Racing Trade-Show, Swap Meet, & Open House The M/R Racing Equipment 6th Annual Open House, Trade-Show, & Swap meet will be held on Saturday December 10th, 2005, in Down Town Waldo. We will be making this an even larger Trade-Show & Swap Meet then in previous years. With Shoestring (Hoosier) Racers Swap Meet not being held in Milwaukee this year, we would like to see those vendors that attended that show to attend our show. Craig Dori, from Shoestring Racing has helped us out with e-mails and addresses, and we hope to get the trade-show information to everyone. Last year we had over 1000 racers in attendance, and expecting even more this year. There will be no charge to the Trade-Show or Swap meet vendors. We do ask that you call ahead to reserve a space; we want to make sure we have plenty of room for everyone. (Please note: The Swap meet is outdoor spaces only). The Trade-Show hours will be from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Trade-Show will be located in the Waldo Village Hall. We do have access to a larger building if needed, please try to call before November 15th to reserve spaces. There will also be many activities going on that day. The M/R Racing Store will be having many specials, 1st Annual Iroc Go-Kart Challenge, Door Prizes, Raffles, too much to list. After the Trade-Show & Store closes at 2:00 pm we invite everyone to attend the 1st Annual Iroc Go-Kart Feature. The Manufactures, Promoters, & Drivers Round Tables (MC-Bill Rood), will be held at the Waldo Caf Pub starting around 2:30 pm. After the Round Tables are completed DJ Jeremy Sauter will be providing music in the Waldo Pub, along with door prizes and raffles throughout the night. Free Food & Certain Refreshments will be provided during the entire day & night. Tentative Trade-Show attendees are: Mueller Sales & Service, Bassett Racing Wheels, Performance Bodies, All Star Racing, Lane Automotive, RanderCar Racing, LTN, KRC, DLP Promotions, Coleman, Ralph Brunner-Schaeffers Oil, PowerCom Park-Beaver Dam, Simply Suspension, Rich Photos, Apex Track Supply, Steve Lubach-Amsoil, more to be announced.
