Friends of Nichels Engineering ...
Just a brief note to announce that LaDow Publishing has setup two hobby car production deals for Ray Nichels and Griffith, Indiana's own Nichels Engineering.
The #99 Nichels Engineering Dodge Daytona Charger that won the first race ever at Talladega in 1969 and was driven during the 1970 NASCAR season by Chargin' Charlie Glotzbach ... where it captured 4 poles, 2 wins and 8 top 10 finishes in only 17 races ... is now available.
Two more Nichels Engineering diecast cars are in the design phase now ... They are the 1970 Bobby Unser #5 Plymouth Superbird (raced in 1972 in USAC) and the 1969 #3 Don White (USAC's winningest Stock Car Driver ever) Dodge Daytona Charger (raced in 1970).
All of these cars were built and campaigned by one the American stock car racing's greatest race car organizations ... Nichels Engineering at the "Go-Fast Factory" in Griffith, Indiana.
