Midwest/Mid American Trucks Join Forces
Speedway, announced today that there will now be four
weekly racing divisions at Wisconsin's Fastest
Half-Mile.

be racing weekly at MIS in 2005. The Area Sportsman
join the ASA Late Models, Super Late Models, and
Midwest / Mid AM truck series on the weekly program.

voice their support for the Sportsman division.
Truck Series and the Midwest Truck Series will have a
common set of rules thus allowing trucks in both
series to compete with one another. "This will
greatly increase our truck count on Friday nights and
at the same time provide increased exposure for the
Midwest Trucks at the Mid-American events throughout
the upper midwest," commented Einhaus.
Series for both Mid-Am/Midwest Trucks and Mid-American
cars that will be held at Madison in 2005. "This will
be a special three race series for the trucks. It's
kind of like a series within a series as special bonus
awards will be presented to the overall top
finishers," added Einhaus. "We are very excited about
everything happening with the trucks at MIS for 2005."
Hooters Pro Cup Series will make its first ever
Wisconsin visit when they invade MIS on September 9.
"We are very happy to have been able to work out an
arrangement with the Hooters series. I know fans will
really enjoy the racing this series offers," noted
Einhaus.
