thanks so much for your message and I am very happy to hear you've got so much out of the day.
From your email, it seems that you are ready to embark on new changes in your life. However these may take some time and the "letting go" may happen so gradually and easily, you may not even be aware of it.
The 21 days will whizz by, and week by week emotional shifts may take place, so be patient with yourself and don't try and rush anything. I've found that part of the process is to just do the 21 days and try not to control or worry about what the outcomes may be.
Examples of what might happen include is improving diet, meeting people who are helpful on your journey, seeing books or articles that seem to have an important message for you, vivid dreams and sudden realisations...keeping the journal helps. I found that I bumped into a couple of different people from my past, who I'd held resentments or grudges against, and just seeing them allowed me to let go of those feelings and move on.
