Hi Rifa, I will indeed participate in this - every little bit helps! Thanks for a wonderful course yesterday, it was great to meet you, and I thoroughly enjoyed the day. It's always good to meet new people - and I think it was a lovely group - looking forward to seeing them again after our 21 days! Emma xx
