Many thanks for your message and for sharing your experiences with me. Reiki One is an excellent start to give you support as you start your healing work. There are 3 levels of reiki - Reiki One which is all about Self-Healing. Reiki Two, where you can heal others and are able to set yourself up as a practitioner. Reiki Three or Master Level is where you can teach and attune others.
Briefly, attunements are used to open you up even more to receive the Reiki or Healing energy of the universe. This means you will be conserving your own energy - which you may be using now, when you heal others.
Reiki One is a one day workshop runs from 10am to 4.30pm and includes Self-Healing, History of Reiki, Grounding and Protection. The full cost is £125 each and includes 4 attunements, detailed manual and certificate.
This certificate enables you to continue onto Reiki Two level either with me or another Reiki Teacher. You can also use it to become a member of the UK Reiki Federation and participate in their block insurance scheme.We can discuss this further if you want to give me a call.
Please send a deposit of £25 each to secure your place to the address below (cheque payable to R.Bhunnoo with a note of which date you'd like and contact number) - the remainder can be paid on the day in cash or cheque.
The next date for Reiki One is Sunday 3 July (you could then do Reiki Two on Sat 30 and Sun 31 July).
Please let me know if this date is not suitable and I'll give you some other possible dates.
