
Posted by Rifa 1. The Headstand There are variations for all of these poses,but they always follow the same order, stimualting or balancing the chakras from head to toe. A good book that illustrates the poses is 'Yoga mind & body' by the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. see link below.
