Dear Rifa,
thank you for your beautiful and honest description of your experience on the yoga TTC. I am also a Reiki practioner and have recently been considering doing a yoga instructors course- with Shivananda!! I couldn't believe when I came across your page, the universe really does work in a wonderful way. Love & Light
