I will have my other 3 treatments with Sarah, as I want to stay true to my being a case study for her...all a learning curve eh. As we get to know each other more, maybe the energy between us will alter. I was waffling on when I met her, as I was nervous...want to calm that down a bit, and just try and relax, as its exhausting for me! Who knows maybe that had something to do with it too - I'd worn myself out before we even started! Anyway, lots to think about and again, its all part of the process/experience. Could I do more before a treatment to protect myself? I know its really down to the therapist to do this, and I will mention to Sarah how I felt, so we can discuss grounding - and her techniques (will be interesting to find out). But, I wonder if I ground myself afterwards it will protect me from any negative reactions. Happy Easter by the way!! Hope Brighton is basking in the sunshine also! Thanks again Rifa. Emma xx
Thanks Rifa - your advice is always much appreciated. Still feeling pretty rough...think its flu to be honest. Trying to keep well, as want to make the most of Easter (we went to a beautiful little city called Wells today, close to Glastonbury - absolutely lovely - and we have lots of sunshine here today! Wells is where the film 'Hot Fuzz' was filmed).
