Hi Rifa,
reiki master course (not sure what has happened to the time since i saw you - i
guess thats what having 2 young children does but its a bit mad!). I'm feeling
really well and the energy is noticeably different. I can feel a very light and
sparkly/bubbly energy around my heart chakra - very lovely and unexpected! Things
are feeling clearer on a lot of levels - it feels like a big change but it hasn't
been bumpy so far - more like things are smoothly falling into place.
the energy - hopefully she'll be the first of many :-)
