Posted by Rifa on 17/8/2006, 3:24 pm, in reply to "Hi Rifa" It's great to hear from you and of course I remember you..I've spotted you a couple of times round town but I didn't pounce on you I am very glad you have been listening to your inner voice and trusting your instinct about the reiki...it's quite common to be a bit wary of it all especially if you feel you're not quite ready for the shift in energy. So yes, I've pencilled you in for 14/15 Oct and if you can send me a deposit of £25 when you're ready that would be great. I hope things have settled down a bit for you and that you can get around to doing a bit of self-healing..it doesn't matter too much if you skip a day or two just get into a habit of doing it when you remember. take care and let me know if you have any questions
