Hi Rifa,
felt that I had to do the manual for myself, as it could be a good way for
me to develop in terms of being able to mediate etc as we've discussed
before. It's the healing myself everyday that I haven't done so far and
that I imagine will be the best thing for me to be doing, when the time is
right...
