course! and received the attunements, when you came for the day, so you
should be feeling the benefits without having to even open the manual. It's
just for your reference - there's no extra work needed, except giving
yourself healing every day, and keeping a note of what's going on in your
life since you received the attunemnents but that's only for your reference.
(If you're not doing the self-healing, don't worry about it, you are right,
when you are ready you'll just start doing the healing on yourself).
like the look of from Doreen Virtue - you can get them on Amazon. In the
little book that comes with them, there are some simple instructions on how
to cleanse the deck and put your own energy into the cards to get accurate
readings.
