so.. ive come on here to say how bloody marvellous i feel reiki is, my first reiki was a bit of bizzzarre experience.. id had a big weekend at a festival kind of abuseing my system, and was still tired a week after when i had the reiki, it felt incredible at first made me just completely relax and then i felt popping in my lower back like electricity, then whispering in the room which was very strange indeed it felt like all my bones in my body had disapeared and i was bending in all different ways and stretching.
it was incredibly relaxing and helped my back problems immensely! the whispering i have only heard again while in deep deep deep sleep, i am prone to the astral projection type thing but havent done it for years! rifa...i actually had my first experience of it in 6 years this morning! im still relativeley scared of it as im not good about feeling like im out of control.
hmm
i'd like to do more as am intrigued what i may find / feel!
