Hi Emma... ahhh hope you finding time to ground youself a bit. I was feeling all over the place yesterday too, could not concentrate at all. So last night after jake went to sleep I lit an inscense stick and wafted it all around myself, opened the windows, burnt some oil and tried to chill. I'm feeling very motivated today so I reckon it worked! Also downloaded a gorgeous picture of the Dali Lama laughing away and pic of me to create my 'book'. Sending you a cho koo rei with a hon shay zay sho nen... (tho still having trouble saying it) and a squeeze. Thanks for your lovely messages, take care. Kerry
