Hi Rifa,
How are you, hope you are well, i was looking at your message board again and its always very interesting, i think i read it as you always give very grounded and sound advice without getting too personall and involved. Its a good learning curve for me, and handy to be able to observe how others would deal with senarios that i might have to face.
