I had a little meditate just now, and I wanted to tell you not to worry, I really don't think that having done the Reiki One that you are "attracting negative energy". It's probably better to think that you are very fortunate to have done Reiki One because now you have a very powerful healing tool at your fingertips, to help you through this difficult time.
I know it's hard sometimes to stay optimistic but I do believe that Reiki is always a positive healing force and would never send you anything negative. We all have to experience seemly negative things from time to time. Even before you did Reiki One, you would have experienced difficult things, but maybe because you've now you've got Reiki on your side, you'll deal with them differently.
I am so glad that you felt so postive after the Reiki One, and I hope you can continue on this path, as Reiki is such a magical force. The grounding and protection techniques I showed you should help as well.
I hope that this helps and please do give me a call and we can discuss this further.
