Sounds like a pretty big change to me! and moving to Brighton was definately the best move I've ever made, so best of luck. Have you thought about specific areas in Brighton, or whether you want to be near the sea or the station, how many rooms what sort of housemates etc It helps to be really specific when asking the Universe to manifest you the perfect place to live.
I also recommend the Brighton version of Friday Ad online for flatmates
