I have been making an amazing drink with essences that I want to share with you. I make a bottle of it to drink when I work out. It consists of: Brewed Raspberry Leaf tea, the juice of one lemon, cranberry juice, a little honey and the Arise and Awaken Blend. I have felt so good and it clears up the skin and balances the immune system, too. I am also giving it to my cat and I am so amazed at the look in her eyes these days.
