from Wed 8 Feb at 6.30 to 8pm (£5)
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT! It's a lovely carpeted room and wear loose clothing.
The Sussex Suite is in the basement of the Ship Street Hotel, just walk into the reception area, turn right and take the stairs down to the lower ground floor.
