St. Joe & Finger Lakes are the only state park/OHV areas. Listed after "Mark Twain Nat'l. Forest" is Chadwick & Suttons Bluff. These are the only designated trail systems in the nat'l. forest. For the rest of the nat'l. forest land you need to be street legal and can't ride where trails are posted not to ride or are obviously blocked to impede access. Hope this helps.
