Guys, a buddy of mine was coming down for the Dual Sport and is signed up/paid. He has some kind of meeting he cannot get out of (not happy about it). So he can give up his seat. Should he send someone in his place, or ask for a refund at let you guys pick someone onthe waiting list? Who should he call/email?
