You may want to look into "Finger Lakes State Park" here in Missouri, it's near the town of Columbia. They have a MX track, bathrooms, concession stand, etc. Also a fairly good size trail system (although I read somewhere the park is downsizing and losing some trails.) They are equipped to handle a ride of your size.
