I see that you have received many good suggestions both here and on the other board.
I often help people that are worrying about something by telling them that worrying is only productive if it moves you to action to change something. If there is nothing that you can do to change what you are worrying about, then you are doing NEEDLESS worrying. You are wasting moments (or hours or days) of your happiness.
I use this philosophy myself. If what i am worrying about is something I have no control over, then I give up the worrying.
I can't waste my time and happiness worrying about the weather because there is absolutely nothing that I can do to change that.
If I am worried that it might rain on the day of my picnic, then I can move to action and have a backup plan --- a raindate or moving it into the garage or getting some tents/canopies to put up in the yard.
I hope this helps you.
Another motivator ---remember "A baby is God's opinion that life should go on." You have SO much to look forward to and to be happy about. Don't miss out on all these minutes of happiness.
A professional counselor will be able to help you rediscover your happiness on your life's journey.
