recurrence after 35 years

I am a breast cancer survivor, and my ...mom has survived it twice, and now she has been newly diagnosed again after she was NED for 35 years!!!! The doctor thought she had some sort of skin cancer growing in her ARMpit, but turns out to be back!!!!! My question has anyone had breast cancer grow on the outside of your skin???????
