Jennifer, because there is spots does not mean there is cancer. When I found out I had BC again--in less than 2 yrs after 1st diagnosed--the onc did a bone scan it showed 2 spots on my illiac bone. It really scared me(so I know exactly how you feel). Well, she sent me for a cat scan and it still showed up but they weren't certain what it was. So after another test the New Onc(I switched because the 1st did not tell me about this until after I saw her a month later) said the only way to truly tell if I had bone cancer was to do a biopsy...which I did and it came back that it was not cancer. I still have these spots that the doctors do not know what they are but Thank God, it's not cancer.
Stay positive..as much as you can and I'm really Praying for you. Hugs,Ruby from Indiana
PS: what part of Kentucky are you from? My Mom/Dad were born in Adair Co. Ky and I still have relatives there.
