B/C & thryroid & melanoma

Yesterday I went to the dermatologist about a spot on my toe that my doctor said could be Melanoma and she asked me if I knew if there was a link between Melanoma and Breast Cancer. I don't know if she had read something or what. Has anyone on this site had both? How about Thyroid problems & B/C? I have Graves disease(thyroid) and B/C. Hugs, Ruby
