I was dx 6/08 stage IIc Her2+++ ER/PR Neg
Began w/ increasing headaches (hx migrains for years) so we changed my meds in early summer. November 2011 we increase Topamax to 2 times a day - improving HA control -- I noticed in early Dec.'11 a slight intermittant TWITCH in my right thumb. In addition, the headache is almost always present - always on the left near the temple / behind my lt. eye. Now the twitch is nearly a constant day and night, so I got my big girl panties on and called my neurologist to see if it's a side effect of the medicine -- he wants to see me 8am on Tuesday. Now I'm scared to death - because you usually wait to see him for at least a few weeks. OMG what if it is mets....
