Wow to your Dad thats awesome NO CHEMO..I often wonder if I needed chemo because I was only Stage 1 and have read articles about saving it for it you need it? I cant do A/C if I get a recur and thats suppose to be the best? But you did AC and had a recur , right? 
I had it because 3 doctors said YES #1 Because of the kind of BC "Triple Neg" particularlty aggressive and no tamaxofin or Femara etc..and #2 My age 42..But all the long lasting side effects I am still dealing with stink all the aches & pains from the chemo...aughh
But ya just do whatever you can to stop the beast, Im really hoping it worked the 1st time!! Ya just never know I hope for the best for you and I
