Well hi Laura!!! I am sorry to see that you are battling the devil once again but encouraged that the recurrence is so localized. Just have to wonder if the Tamoxifen kept the recurrence as it is(localized)..if so it was doing good by you. I also had very "focused" radiation (IMRT)since the tumor was located very close to the chest wall on the left side. So far ...so good. Good luck with the new chemo/combo and slaying the dragon again. You can do it..experience has to count
