Hi Corrinne!
I know this is cliche but you really aer the one who has to make that decision.... That doesn't help at all does it? It's scary enough to have to go through life and death situations but to then be handed the controls and told to navigate!!! Geez! That's really a tough one. I can only offer my support and suggest you follow your heart.
