Worried

I had my treatment 3 years ago. Sugery and Radio. I have controls every 6 months Thing went OK But two day ago I started to feel paint in my breast. I am so afraid. I dont want to start all over again. I am from Colombia I dont have Insurance in Usa So my doctor is so far I dont want to tell my husband I dont want to worried him. I just need to express my fellins.
