I know my response is a few weeks late but, yes, I'm on a trial for TDM1 -- just found out today that I was 'chosen' by the computer in the randomized selections -- supposed to be minimal side effects. I'm very excited. I was previously on herceptin with taxol but chemo. was stopped due to neuropathy in hands and feet (since reversed) and I've been on herceptin only since December 2008 but found out a month ago that my tumor is starting to grow again. The other option in the study is for lapatnib; my onc. says it's a win/win either way but but I'm glad to be on the TDM1. I'll try to post anything newsworthy as I go along.
