Taxol

This is my first recurrence after 5 years and I begin Taxol on Friday. Does everyone lose their hair on Taxol alone? I've heard it thins quite a bit so I'm wondering what my likely options will be as far as short cut versus hats, scarves, etc. Of course I'm hoping I won't lose it all, but I'd appreciate other's experiences to get an idea. Thanks.
