not a good day

i was feeling OK but when i started to eat lunch my esophagus started spasming and i couldn't eat. It made me very sick and i projectile vomited what I had eaten into the toilet. Had to wipe toilet water (not the good smelling kind) from my forehead it was so violent.
then I felt bad all afternoon. I was sleepy but whenever I laid down i got reflux and lots of drainage coming back up. I was sleeping sitting up with my little bald head bobbing in the breeze
I finally got some sleep after gage got home and when I woke up I took my afternoon nexium and an antinausea pill. I am feeling better now and trying to eat something. I haven't had anything to eat since around 11 this morning and for me that is a long time.
I hope tomorrow is a better day.It is saturday after all, most of the laundry is done. Maybe I can go grocery shopping with Gage. I am using one of those wheelchair buggies, maybe an electric one, those folks at Krogers better get the heck out of my way
