I had liver enzymes come back high normal and my Dr decided I needed a liver CT after she felt my liver and thought it might be enlarged and that was when the liver mets were found. The bone scan and thoracic CT showed the bone mets. I don't remember what the exact level of the alk phos was but I do know it was slightly elevated. This is the second bone mets I have had and it is 4 yrs since the first one occurred. Just because this happened to me does not mean it will be the same for you. Everyone is different. With numbers like you have my Dr wouldn't be overly concerned especially if they are still within the normal range. Hope this is helpful. I don't want to scare you. Love Lana
