Hi Matt,

I also am so sorry to hear of your wife's current visit findings. It is VERY important to get a second opinion from an oncologist associated with a major teaching hospital with a specialty in oncology. Those large oncology centers have the very latest/best information and can evaluate your wife for the most effective treatment to manage her disease at this time.

Breast cancer for many of us is being treated like a chronic disease such as diabetes with the right testing, the right treatments. We have women here who are long term survivors who manage their cancer with such care. Good luck with this Matt...keep reaching out for answers...let us know how your wife is doing and it would be helpful to post on the Main Board. I will keep your wife in my prayers for a successful treatment plan.
