Brain and bone mets

my wife and i found out today she has 3 spots on her brain (1 on the base by the stem..3cm, and 1 on either side of her brain by the temples.) 1 spot on her optic nerve, bone mets to the front of her skull , sternum, and hip..we have a beautiful little 2 yr old boy ..i so scared i'm going to lose her..i need her, and i need to know our options to fight this beast to the last.her cancer was estrogen based and her2..not sure if pos or neg. can anyone inform me of a good course of action ? the doc has let us know it looks grave but i can't and won't look at it that way
