Osteonecrosis (ONJ)

I have been diagnosed with ONJ as a result of my Zometa treatments. Does anyone have any experience with this or know anyone who does? I could use any information that anyone has. None of my doctors have ever seen it before and have no clue what to do. Even the oral surgeon who made the diagnosis says it is too new and too rare to have much available information on it. Thanks in advance for any info you might be able to give me.
