Scans came back...not what I wanted to hear...

First the good news...the lesion on the lung is stable. That is a good thing to hear. Secondly, the radiation on the lumbar spine did it's job and all that is left is some arthritis.

Now, the bone mets on my T10 has grown as have soft tissue area around it. The lymph nodes behind my sternum have also increased. Dr. Li had hoped that the cancer would not be this aggressive...I knew it better.

I am now going to be on avastin coupled with abrexene starting next Wed. I will be on 3 weeks and off one week. Fun, fun, fun. I have had my small breakdown and today is my pity party day. Then back to normal tomorrow. So, that is my story.
