Its just plain OK to be scared......I know sometimes the fear is overwhelming.But I was put on a mild antidepressent and it worked.I was able to focus on me not rhe fear of death ...
Know that you casn beat this back..and that mets respond to many different drug..Just have to find the right combo..Keep the faith I know its hard..But,YOU CAN and will Do this.
