Can 't say about markers...my Dr doesn't use them. Your daughters should have either ultra sounds or MRI's along with mamos. 8% of the female population's breast cancer will never show on mamo's. Mine never showed on any mamo, every year since 35yrs old, now 57.. Brac testing, generally, comes up negative...you can have breast cancer without having the gene.
