Tumor Marker

Hi Ladies ~ I hate that I only come on this site when I need need help or advice. Shame on me! My tumor marker is up as it has been in the past; but I just don't feel "well" and haven't since before x-mas. I'm scared. I need to go back for another test on 2/9 to see where I'm at. How high can a tumor marker get? (BC27-29).

Can I add something else...my mother & siser also have had/have bc; what should my daughters do? 30 & 23? BRAC testing?
