Brain is clear (no, that does not mean I do not have one...it means it is okay) and that is great news as I was worried since my eyesight has recently tanked a bit. I am needing glasses again (After 11 years of no glasses thanks to rk surgery on my eyes. Oh well, it was a great run!)
My CT scan told us nothing we did not know it just pinpointed the lesion more precisely which is what Dr. Li wanted as she is talking biopsying it. Yuck. Not looking forward to that. I will verify with her on Fri. that I understood that correctly.
My bone scan verified the mets on the T10 and seems to feel that L3 is mets (as opposed to a trauma). It also showed up a possible met on the left lower anterior rib (I saw that on the computer there and pointed all of these out to the tech myself). So, no surprises there. However, the radiologist has suggested I get an MRI of both the thoracic and lumbar spine for "further evaluation". I am sick of friggin' scans. Let's just get treating this and get rid of it! I won't find out until Fri. if Dr. Li is going to do that or just move on to a treatment plan.
Grrrrr...now it is beginning to get on my nerves! I have been nice and calm about this taking into account the holidays but no longer. I want this done!!! Sorry, just had to vent.
