pain on sternum

In the past week I found out the ct is scheduled for early December, but in the interim I have discovered I have some stress/activity caused pain in the sternum. I am unsure what to do about this right now. Should I wait or should I call the onc? Maybe I am stressing about nothing. and what I am feeling is just in my mind. Thanks for any and all help you can give. I truly appreciate your advice and insight. Love Lana
